KINDS OF FOOD
I have found out that there are kinds of food,like vegetables and fruits that are very healthy and much better than fast food, but many people like more fast food because it is usually tastier than any other healthy food.
Fast food could make your life shorter and makes you fat. Vegetables make your body more flexible if you exercise and workout. We have 2 groups of food:sweet and salty food. Salty food is much healthier than sweet food because we need more salt than sugar.

KINDS OF DRINKS
The healthiest drink possible is water. Water hydrates you and gives you energy when you run,do exercise and do any other basic activity and you should always drink water.
In other hand,there are types of drinks like coca cola and pepsi that are very unhealthy,full of sugar and you should never drink that. Also,there are juices that are healthy too like water and they are full of vitamins.

HOW OUR BODY REACTS TO HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY FOOD
If we practice eating healthy food,our body will get used to it and we’ll not get sick often. Also,our muscles will get stronger and our whole body will work better. If we eat a lot of junk food,our body will get used to it too but unlike healthy food,our muscles wont get stronger and we’ll often get sick.
Also,if we eat junk food for many years,our intestines could become tangled and we would have to have surgery.

HOW OUR BRAIN REACTS TO HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY FOOD
The brain is not an organ like any other.It is the biggest consumer of oxygen and energy so we need to eat healthy food to have enough energy. Without Kafala,there’s nothing,it’s our computer that works 24 hours a day.
The brain is the only organ that doesen’t regenerate as we age,so the numbers of neurons decreases from our birth. Food is one of those beneficial factors.
