In this online magazine we will give you some tips for how to live healthier life. A lot of people especially teenagers are living very unhealthy life without even knowing it and that is a big problem.
HOW TO KNOW THAT YOUR LIFESTYLE IS UNHEALTHY
if you only eat junk food (fast food,ready made food, candy..), if you spend whole day in house on your phone or don’t have any activities (sports,walking, hiking or just spending time outside) that probably means that your lifestyle is unhealthy. So u should get up and do something about it before it is too late!
HOW TO MAKE YOUR LIFESTYLE HEALTHIER
Here are some things you should do if you want to make your lifestyle healthier:
- you should eat healthy food(fruit,vegetables,eggs, meat..)
- do some activities
- do exercises(sports)
- have hygiene
- have normal sleeping schedule
- spend less time on your phone
- take some time for yourself(selfcare)
HEALTHY DIET
•If you want to live healthy life its important to eat healthy food.
Healthy diet implies lots of fruit,vegetables,whole grains and milk products.
It also includes variety of protein food such as sea food,meat,eggs,nuts,seeds.. And of course you should drink more water and less sodas! A lot of sugar,like candy and chocolates are a big problem. If we crave sugar its better to eat some fruit. If you don’t know what to eat during the day, here are some exemples:
- In the morning you can eat eggs and bacon with some vegetables or fruit.
- For lunch you can eat meat or sea food with vegetables or rice.
- For snack u can always eat fruit because “Apple a day keeps the doctor away!”
- For dinner you can also eat some protein like for lunch.
ACTIVITIES
Sometimes all it takes is one good idea to get you to be active.
Chose activities that you think will be fun,but always think about your abilities and level of fitness before you do.

In winter you can play in the snow(build a snowman, make snow angles..), go skiing or snowboarding In fall you can spend time outside with your family and jump on the leaves
In spring and summer you can take advantage of the warm weather and go outside. You can take a walk,plant garden,ride your bike,play sports,go hiking or swimming,etc..

U can go shopping with your friends, go bowling, draw something..
-SOME STRESS FIGHTING ACTIVITIES-
are:meditating,slepping,laughing,enjoying good conversation..
EXERCISES
Exercise has a lot of benefits in todays world. First of all, it helps in maintaining your weight. Moreover it also helps you reduce weight if you are overweight, because you burn calories when you exercise. Exercise is basically any physical activity that we perform on a repetitive basis When you do exercises on a daily basis, you will get fitboth physically and mentally.

Walking- any exercise program should include cardiovascular exercise,which strengthens the heart and burns calories.

Squats
Push-ups
Abdominal crunch…
HYGIENE
Many people equate hygiene with cleanliness but hygiene is very important for our health. Hygiene activities can be grouped into: home and everyday hygiene,personal hygiene,medical hygiene… If you want to be CLEAN and HEALTHY then you should:
- -wash your hands everyday(when you come home,before meal,after meal..)
- -brush your teeth at least 3 times a day for 3 minutes
- -we should wash our clothes often
- -trim fingernails
- -and of course shower everyday!
SELF CARE
It is important to understand that self care is active and powerful in maintaining an optimal level of health. A person’s overall health includes physical ,mental, emotional, relationship,choises,and spiritual components of well being. Self care can help our health. Everyone needs to take time for themselves and it is not selfish at all.
SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR PHONE
People these days spend way a lot time on their phones. Some people don’t realize that it is better to talk in person with somebody than over the phone.
Being on your phone is really bad for your health and there is bunch of things you can do instead of sitting and being “couch potato”
INSTEAD OF BEING ON PHONE YOU CAN:
- go outside
- read books
- play sports
- do some fun activities..
